I went in today to look at a used Suburban and found the sales experience so incredibly refreshing from what I have experienced elsewhere. Leo (GM and salesperson) was the most professional I ever dealt with. He took the time to explain the whole car and its features, and allowed me to test drive. In the end, he gave me a fair price without any sleazy sales tactics. Can't say enough about how great the experience was!
Bottom line - I'm still considering the offer, but this is hands down the best dealer experience I've ever had. Would highly recommend.
Totally and completely baffled..... I called about a used car they had on the website three times to see if it was available, and no one would call me back. That is the definition of poor customer service.
Update: it seems the dealer had a system issue which said the associate who was assigned to me was not on vacation, when in fact he was. As a result, no one was calling me. Finally they got it straightened out, and I went in to the dealer (see above)....

One of the best dealerships in the area! Family owned and operated, Karl Chevrolet is highly recommended! I've had a bunch of cars and trucks from them. Always a good experience.

As our family decided to look for a new car, we selected Karl Chevrolet based on its reputation of delivering great service to its customers. Karl Chevrolet exceeded our expectations. Three words might capture our experience: 1) Professionalism. True professionalism rests on the confidence of the service that's been offered. We were greeted with warmth by the owner, and we were given honest and knowledgeable advice as to what to keep in mind in purchasing the car of our choice, a Chevrolet Suburban. 2) Courtesy. During the entire process, our family did not detect any form of confusion or frustration with our many questions as we were coming closer to making our decision to purchase the vehicle. The owner himself led us with patience and impeccable cordiality through a process that could be long and complicated. This form of courtesy made us feel reassured that we were not taken advantage of, and that we were treated with respect. 3) Composure. It comes as a corollary of anything that has been said above, but it is an important distinctive feature. There was never a moment in which we were pressured to purchase our vehicle, and we felt we had the complete freedom to make up our minds while we were considering different options. This sense of composure and self-confidence confirmed to us that we had come to the perfect place.

We've been customers for over 20 years. There's a reason we keep coming back - honesty and integrity. Great Service department with no surprises. The work is top notch and we always know in advance what will be done. Great Sales group as well - four Suburbans and a few Malibus later, we'll keep buying from Karl's!

Camillo in the service department takes such good car of both me and my car. He always works to get me an appointment that fits my schedule. He greets me by name. He makes sure my car is finished at the promised time. He is terrific!
